Workouts

1 rep max Jerk

Cap: 2 minutes

Event 6 will immediately follow Event 5. 

On completion of Event 5, athletes will rack their barbell, and are free to start loading weight. They may not perform a lift until the 6 minute mark.  Athletes will then have 2 minutes to establish a max jerk.

Worm Deadlifts

Cap: 10 minutes

Workout Notes:

Athletes begin standing on the start mat, at the sound of the tone they will move forward to perform synchro bar muscle ups (M/F). They will then move forward to perform 12 Worm Deadlifts. Workout will continue in this fashion until all three rounds are complete with the team progressing the worm every round.


Time will be taken when the all four athletes run across the finish line.

12-9-6 reps for time:

Bar Muscle Up (sync)

Worm Cleans

Cap: 10 minutes

Workout Notes:

Athletes begin standing on the start mat, at the sound of the tone they will move forward to perform synchro bar muscle ups (M/F). They will then move forward to perform 12 Worm Cleans. Workout will continue in this fashion until all three rounds are complete with the team progressing the worm every round.


Time will be taken when the all four athletes run across the finish line.

  • Athletes will begin on the start mat, at the sound of the tone they will begin the 100ft handstand walk before performing 20 toes to bar, then lunge 33ft. 
  • Time is called when the athlete completes the last lunge with both feet clearly across the finish line. 

3 rounds for time:

  • Athletes will begin on the start mat, at the sound of the tone they will begin the 100ft handstand walk before performing 20 toes to bar, then lunge 33ft.

Cap: 7 minutes

Top 8 athletes to qualify. 

Workout Notes: 

Athletes will begin on the start mat, at the sound of the tone they will move forward to perform synchro rope climbs sharing the reps between team mates in any fashion they choose.

Teams will then move forward to perform 30 worm push press,  before finishing with a 50ft worm lunge. 

Time is called when all athletes have both feet clearly across the finish line.

Score will be the time taken to complete the workout. 

For time: 

  • 5 Rope climbs 
  • 30 Push press 35 
  • 50ft Front rack lunge 35

Cap: 7 minutes

For time: 

  • 5 Rope climbs

Teams will then move forward to perform 30 worm push press,  before finishing with a 50ft worm lunge. 

Time is called when all athletes have both feet clearly across the finish line.

Score will be the time taken to complete the workout. 

For Time: 

  • 10 Rope Climbs (sync)
  • 30 Worm push press
  • 50ft worm lunge

Cap: 7 minutes

Top 8 Teams to qualify.

Athletes will begin on the start mat, at the sound of the tone they will move forward to perform synchro rope climbs with one male and one female synched at the top of each rep. 

Teams will then move forward to perform 30 worm push press,  before finishing with a 50ft worm lunge. 

Time is called when all athletes have both feet clearly across the finish line.

Athletes will begin on the start mat, at the sound of the tone they will move forward to perform 30 double unders then 6 overhead squats, before sprinting to the finish line. 

After the bottom 2 athletes have been cut, the remaining 6 athletes will return to the start line ready to go again on the 2 minute mark. The workout will continue in this fashion until only 2 athletes remain. 

Athletes will be ranked by the time it takes to complete the round. 

Time is called when the athlete crosses the finish line. 

For time:

  • 30 Double Unders
  • 6 Overhead squats 90

Cap: 7 minutes

Top 8 athletes to qualify. 

Athletes will reset on the start line every 2 minutes. At the end of each round, the bottom 2 athletes will be eliminated until only 2 athletes remain.

Athletes will be ranked by the time it takes to complete the round. 

Time is called when the athlete crosses the finish line. 

"Move it our lose it V2”

In 3 minutes:

  • Row 300 / 250m (4x sync)
  • 9 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20” (4x sync)
  • Worm squats

Rest 1 minute between rounds, then repeat until 30 worm squats are complete.

Cap: 15 minutes

Workout Notes:

The row and the burpee box jump overs will be performed with all team athletes performing the movements synchro. After the 3 minute interval, athletes will be given 1 minute to reset on the rower before starting the next round.

The workout will continue in this fashion until all worm squats (30) have been completed. Time will be taken when the athletes runs across the finish line.

"Move it our lose it V2”

In 3 minutes:

  • Row 300m (sync)
  • 9 Burpee Box Jumps 24” (sync)
  • Max Worm Squats

Rest 1 minute between rounds, then repeat until all squats (45) are complete.

Cap: 15 minutes

Pro Am Pair Notes:

The row and the burpee box jump overs will be performed synchro. After the 3 minute interval, athletes will be given 1 minute to reset on the rower before starting the next round.

The workout will continue in this fashion until all 45 squats have been completed.

Time will be taken when the athlete runs across the finish line.

Event 3

"Move it our lose it V2”

In 3 minutes:

  • Row 400m
  • 9 Burpee Box Jump overs 20”
  • Max Thrusters 30 kg

Rest 1 minute between rounds, then repeat until 45 Thrusters are complete.

Cap: 15 minutes

Workout Notes:

Athletes will begin seated on the rower, at the sound of the tone they will perform 400m row, before moving forward to perform 9 burped box jump overs, and then max thrusters in the time remaining.

After the 3 minute interval, they will be given 1 minute to reset on the rower before starting the second round.

They will continue in this fashion until 45 thrusters have been completed. Time will be taken when the athlete runs across the finish line.

In 3 minutes:

  • Row 500m
  • 9 Burpee Box Jump overs 24"
  • Max Thrusters 45kg

Rest 1 minute between rounds, then repeat until 45 Thrusters are complete.

Cap: 15 minutes

Workout Notes:

Athletes will begin seated on the rower, at the sound of the tone they will perform 500m row, before moving forward to perform 9 burped box jump overs, and then max thrusters in the time remaining.

After the 3 minute interval, they will be given 1 minute to reset on the rower before starting the second round.

They will continue in this fashion until 45 thrusters have been completed. Time will be taken when the athlete runs across the finish line.

"Move it our lose it V2”

In 3 minutes:

  • Row 400m
  • 9 Burpee Box Jumps 20”
  • Max Thrusters 30 kg

Rest 1 minute between rounds, then repeat until 45 thrusters are complete.

After the 3 minute interval, they will be given 1 minute to reset on the rower before starting the second round.

They will continue in this fashion until 45 thrusters have been completed. Time will be taken when the athlete runs across the finish line.

Pro Pair Notes:

Both the row and the burpee box jump overs will be performed synchro. Pairs will perform worm thrusters.
Time will be taken when the last athlete runs across the finish line.

In 3 minutes:

  • Row 500m (sync)
  • 9 Burpee Box Jump overs 24" (sync)
  • Max Worm Thrusters 45kg

Rest 1 minute between rounds, then repeat until 45 Thrusters are complete.

Athletes will begin seated on the rower, at the sound of the tone they will perform 500m row, before moving forward to perform 9 burped box jump overs, and then max thrusters in the time remaining.

After the 3 minute interval, they will be given 1 minute to reset on the rower before starting the second round.

They will continue in this fashion until 45 thrusters have been completed. Time will be taken when the athlete runs across the finish line.

Pro Pair Notes:

Both the row and the burpee box jump overs will be performed synchro. Pairs will perform worm thrusters.
Time will be taken when the last athlete runs across the finish line.

In 3 minutes:

  • Row 300m / 250m (4x sync)
  • 9 Burpee Box Jump overs 24" / 20” (4x sync)
  • Max Worm Thrusters

Rest 1 minute between rounds, then repeat until 45 Thrusters are complete.

Athletes begin Event 5 at the start mat. At the sound of the tone they will begin performing 3 rope climbs, before running forward to the barbell to perform 2 squat cleans. The workout continues in this fashion, until 4 rounds are complete. Time is called when the athlete crosses the finish line.
