About This Competition

Welcome to CrossFit Escapes annual competition                    " The Great Escape "

Held on a one day format    at the home of Crossfit Escape at 5 / 10 Side Street Gladstone on the 9th of September 

It's a same sex pairs comp with the following categories Beginner, Intermediate and RX

The registration includes 2 event Tee's if you would like to opt out enter "SHIRTLESS" when asked for promo code.

Both ski together, once both complete can commence box jump overs.

Each Partner has 

3 x 1 min for Snatch attempts 

3 x 1 min for Clean and Jerk attempts

Order of Partner and Lift does not matter

What does matter - Weight CAN NOT go down

Choose wisely 

 

Score = Total of each partners heaviest Snatch plus Clean & Jerk

Score 1 = total run for time.

Score 2 = total reps (AMRAP).
