Devotion Summer Games
About This Competition
Join us for our DEVOTION SUMMER GAMES on August 24th! This competion is open to all CrossFit affiliate athletes in the Washington area.
TEAMS OF 4 - 2 guys and 2 girls (ages 18+)
We have spots for 16 RX teams, 16 scaled teams, PLUS 8 Masters teams (age 40+)
Early Bird ends on July 31st! Price goes up to $399/team
**Any teams registered after Aug 9th will not recieve athlete tanks in their swag bags!**
Refunds/Exchanges: No refunds or exchanges can be given less than 2 weeks out from the event due to external deadlines.

Workouts
WOD 1 is an indiviual workout (each team member will go one at a time).
“Bartender”
Each person gets 2:30 to establish a max snatch.
1st partner will establish a 4 rep max hang snatch
2nd partner will establish a 3 rep max hang snatch
3rd partner will establish a 2 rep max hang snatch
4th partner will establish a 1 rep max hang snatch
All 4 max lifts will be totaled together for one team score. Any team member can choose any of the maxes to lift.
WOD 2 is a partner workout - girl/guy (2 at a time)
12min AMRAP
- 20 synchro power cleans
- 10 synchro burpee over bar
- 20 synchro front squats
- 10 synchro burpee over bar
- 20 synchro STO
- 10 synchro burpee over bar
Max rep in remainder of time:
- Ring muscle up or 5 toes through ring = 1 rep
Division Weights:
- RX - 155/105
- Scaled - 115/75
- Masters - 135/95
1 mile sled push:
Each person will push the sled 400m (45/25)
14 minute time cap
12min AMRAP
Buy in: 400m log carry
- 20 rope climbs/40 pull ups
- 10 sand bag up and overs
