About This Competition
Resilience CrossFit is thrilled to announce the return of its now third annual Rise of the Resilient youth competition! This event is THE youth competition of the year! Don't miss out!
We've seen some amazing performances and sportsmanship across all age groups from the past few years and we are excited to see what this year brings. You, or your son or daughter, won't want to miss this professional-level event!
The cost of registration is $75. We're expecting this competition to sell out, so please register ASAP to secure your spot. Please note that there are abslutely NO REFUNDS.
Every athlete who registers prior to 4/4/2020 will receive an awesome commemorative t-shirt.

Unsure which division to register for? Your age division is based on whatever age you are the DAY OF the competition. If you turn 12 years old on May 2nd, you would be in the 12-13 year old division. If you turn 16 years old on May 3rd, you would be in the 14-15 year old division.
We are planning to have 8 divisions which will be split by age and gender. Each division will have a Champion (1st) and a Runner-Up (2nd). If we have less than 5 athletes in a division then we will combine age divisions. Although we may combine age divisions, we will still differentiate the weights by age. So, if we only have 2 athletes in the "Boys U11" division, we will combine this division with the "Boys 12-13" division. The U11 boys will be using lighter weights as designated in the standards.
Workouts are as shown below by division. They are subject to change as we are still testing to make sure they are the best possible workouts for these athletes.
