About This Competition
WHERE DO YOU STACK UP?
Again Faster Is setting a new standard for competition with Kriterion, bringing together individuals of all fitness levels, ages and backgrounds. Kriterion is an age-group only, online competition that will test your strength, capacity, and skills for $10,000 in cash and prizes!
ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME
The competition will consist of 6 workouts over a 2-week period that will challenge your physical and mental strength, but will also be accessible to individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
PROGRAMMING BY
We've partned with Coach Guido Trinidad to create challenging workouts that will be accessible and "fun" for all age brackets.
COMPETE ANYWHERE
Each workout is programmed so you can complete it in your CrossFit Affiliate, home gym, or globo gym, assuming you have basic equipment such as barbell and plates, dumbbells, a rower, and a pull-up bar.
FIRST WORKOUTS DROP FRIDAY, APRIL 7
You will have one week to submit your scores. Video submissions are only required if you are going for the top of the podium.
