Workouts

For total time: 1 mile run (shared) Directly into: "Randy" 75 snatches 75/55# (Shared) On the call of 3-2-1 GO Athlete one will move to the Assault air runner and begin running with athlete 2 is resting. Partners may break up the run anyway they choose. Once the distance on the runner reaches 1600m the partners may move onto “Randy” 75 barbell snatches. The reps may be divided anyway the athletes choose. Snatches must begin touching the ground and finish in full extension of knees, hips and elbows overhead. Score is the total time on the clock after the last rep of “Randy” is completed.

Event 2 7:00 AMRAP 1-2-3-4-5... Rope Climbs (Shared) 3-6-9-12-15... Burpee Box Jump Overs (Synchro) ***step ups permitted*** Rest 5:00 into… Event 3 7:00 to find a 1 Rep Max Clean On the call of 3-2-1 GO partners will work for 7:00 to get as far up the ladder of rope climbs and synchro burpee box jump overs. Rope climb reps can be shared. For the rope climb rep to count the athlete must touch the taped line on the rope and show control coming down. Burpee box jump overs are synchro meaning both athletes chests must meet on the floor together before progressing over the box. Step ups are permitted. score is total reps. Once the 7:00 is up the clock it will reset with a mandatory 5:00 rest. Then at the call of 3-2-1 go partners will have 7:00 to each find their 1 rep max clean sharing a barbell. Score is the heaviest completed lift from each partner combined. Clean may be power or Squat. A rep is counted when the athlete stands tall with extended knees, hips and elbows are in front of the bar.

50/40 Calorie Row 50 Wallballs 20/14 *synchro* 50/40 Calorie Ski Erg 50 Toes to Bar *partner hangs from pull up bar* 50/40 Calorie Bike 50 Deadlifts 225/155# *Partner holds handstand* On the call of 3-2-1 GO partner 1 will start rowing, the rowing, calories may be split between partners in anyway. Once rowing calories are complete. Partners will complete 50 synchro Wallballs to a 10’ Men /9’ Women targets. Partners must meet in a squat below parallel together and the ball must hit the target together. Ski erg calories split as needed. While one partner is working on toes to bar the other partner will be hanging from the bar. One partner must be hanging from the bar for the toes to bar reps to count. Calories on the bike can also be split as needed between partners. While our partner is deadlifting the other partner will be holding a handstand on the wall. For Deadlift reps to count 1 partner must be in a fully locked out handstand hold, hips may not rest on the wall. Deadlift must reach full extension where the knees hips and shoulders are all in line, no bouncing the bar
