This team competition is bringing the heat with same-gender teams (MM/FF) battling it out in a day packed with intensity, grit, and nonstop action. Whether you’re stepping into Intermediate or Scaled, there’s a spot for you to test your fitness and go all in.

Expect hard workouts, loud cheers, and that unbeatable competition vibe. This isn’t just about winning—it’s about pushing limits, backing your teammate, and showing up ready to work.

Flow & Rules:

Teams complete 5 total rounds.
Split the work however you choose.
Tiebreaker: Record the time after the completion of Round 4.

Follow "You Go, I Go" format

30 Double Unders
5 Shuttle Runs (50ft)

12 Hanging Knee Raises
60 Single Unders
5 Shuttle Runs (50ft)

Workout Flow:

Partner A completes 12 T2B / Knee Raises.
Partner B completes the Jump Rope reps.
Partner A completes all 5 Shuttle Runs to finish the round.
Next Round: Partner B starts on the rig (T2B / Knee Raises), and the roles swap.

 

Partner Grace 

For time 30 Clean and Jerks (135/95) (95/65)

Partners switch anyway they choose to complete all 30 reps

Part B will start exactly 2 minutes after the end of Part A

Tiebreaker: time at the rep 15

For Time (9:00 Cap) Movements must be completed in order. Split reps anyway between partners.

Flow:

Athletes start at the top of the lane.
Once the final DB Snatch is completed, both athletes must sprint across the finish line to stop the clock.
