Squat Standards:

  1. Begin in a lockout position
  2. You must lower to parallel at the bottom of your squat.
  3. Reach full lockout of both your hips and knees at the top.
  4. Wear fitted pants so we are able to assess your squat depth.

Permitted:

  • Knee Sleeves
  • Belts

NOT Permitted:

  • We recommend you record all your heavier attempts
  • You'll only need to submit your top made lift, but in the case you miss it, you'll want your previously made recorded to submit if needed!
  • Keep a scale nearby to prove your weight (which will not be shared publicly but will be used to confirm your score)
