Collective Conditioning Summer Send Off
About This Competition
A fitness competition available to all levels.
Mixed teams of 4, 2 females and 2 males will battle it out to see who is fittest.
It will test all aspects of physical fitness. Comprised of gymnastics, weightlifting, and powerlifting. Events will be short and long testing both power and endurance. If you have been craving a well rounded fitness competiton that will challenge you gymnastics as well as put all other elements of fitness to the test this is for you.
Movement standards
Gymnastics:
Handstand Push Ups / Push Ups
Bar muscle up / Pull ups / Jumping pull ups
2m Handstand walk / Wall walk / Scaled wall walk
Toes to bar / Hanging knee raise
*Athletes need to be able to perform one movement from each category above
We recommend that 2 of your team of 4 can below:
Front Squat
50kg/35kg
Deadlift
60kg/40g
Dumbbell GTOH
22.5kg/15kg
*These are examples of the types of movements and weights you’d need to be able to perform, there is no guarantee they will all appear!
Heavy Lift:
Athlete 1 - Snatch*
Athlete 2 - Clean and Jerk*
Athlete 3 - Clean*
Athlete 4 - Thruster
*Can be power or squat
4 events, different time domains, different modalities a true well rounded test of fitness all packed into 1 day.
