Teams of 2 (same gender) will battle it out in 3 competitive divisions, testing their strength, agility, endurance, and teamwork.

Workouts
event 1 - B
Time Taken to finish Calories Row
On 3,2,1 both athletes will begin chipping away simultaneously, A1 @ row cals, A2 @ shuttle runs. They can choose to swap and change as desired, until the total of 1000m (33 lengths 30m = 15m x 2) & X Cals are complete. Upon completion, both athletes will hold a rope/string/resistance band and run the 1000m route around the complex.
On 3,2,1 athlete A will begin (bar can be pre-loaded) Clean & Jerk complex, unlimited attempts to reach maximum load - must tell judge what is on the bar before lifting.
1:00 transition time before athlete B will begin the snatch complex using the same format.
- Final Score is Athlete A & B total load
-Tie breaker: Athlete 1 complex weight

On 3,2,1 Both athletes will begin completing required number of reps starting with synchro toes to bar (or kipping leg raises - as per devision requirement) as a buy in, before beginning the chipper. Reps can be shared anyhow, unless the movements is partner or synchronised.
- Tie break time to be taken after the 100 Box Jump Overs.
- Time will be recorded when both athletes cross the finish line.
- Score = time or reps completed
On 3,2,1 athlete A will begin the first interval of the workout. This will work as a You Go I Go format.
Once the double unders is complete they will then spend the remaining time finishing the chest to bar/pullups/or ring rows movement and then completing maximum reps gymnastics. At 2:00 athlete B will begin directly (no need to tag) and follow the same format, until both athletes have completed 3 rounds each.
Tie break will be taken after athlete A has completed their 2nd round (half way).
Score = Total combined reps accumulated between athletes.
On 3,2,1 both athletes will begin the workout working simultaneously between the bike & sled pull, sharing/swapping as desired. The sled will increase in weight every 30 meters. Once calories on the bike are completed & 90 meters sled pull, they will then start the walking lunges in synchronised formation.
For the remaining workout this will executed in a ygig format, sharing as desired.
- Score taken reps completed
On 3,2,1 Athlete A will begin Part A individually. After completing 10 rounds in total - this athlete will run to the finish & athlete B will begin directly for Part B.
- Tie break after Part A workout complete/athlete over the finish line.
- Score - time to be recorded when athlete B crosses the finish line.
Top 4 teams for RX & Inter will advance to the final workout - not scaled.
On 3,2,1 Athlete A will start cals on the assault bike, followed by athlete B (waterfall style). In the remaining time of the 3:00 interval they will complete an AMRAP of required movements and reps.
As soon as minute 3:00 hits, they will begin the interval again, with the bike and AMRAP of the second set of required movements.
. They will then repeat this for another round of each.
- Tie break to be taken after both athletes finish the Cal on round 3
- Score = total accumulated reps within AMRAP
