The boring bits:

>Entries close 17th November
>Team mates can be substituted up to the day of competition, team names cannot be changed after entries close (to allow time to print sign boards)
>Due the nature, planning and consumable time it takes to plan such an event, no cancellations will be permitted, however you may substitute athletes. Waivers will be available on the day for last minute athlete changes.

>In extreme weather conditions (namely rain), event will be postponed

EVENT TWO - Machines for Two
12:00 Event


- 50 Calorie Echo Bike
- 24 Lateral Burpee Box Jump Over (24/20)** (Step over for Open Divisions)
- 50 Calorie Row
**Athletes must swap every 6 reps of the box and ensure box height change for mixed divisions

Event 3 - Part A - Scoring for this is the for time portion of reps
Event 3 - Part B - Scoring for this is the max load portion of the event

Partner One: 0:00 - 06:00
Complete 15 Snatches For Time (Part A)
In remaining time build to A MAX load Snatch (Part B)

Partner Two: 06:00 - 12:00
Complete 15 Clean and Jerks for Time (Part A)
In remaining time build to A MAX load Clean and Jerk (Part B)

Part A scoring will be both partner A and Partner B scores added together
Part B scoring will be both partner A and Partner B scores added together

Weights: Snatch + Clean and Jerk

Event 5 - You Work I Work

For Total Reps (9:00 Cap)

Athletes will complete round for round

RX Divisions:
- 30 V-Ups 
- 30 KB Snatch (24/16)
- 50 Double Unders

OPEN Divisions:
- 30 Ab Mat Sit Ups
- 30 KB Snatch (16/12)
- 50 Single Unders

Once partner one has completed one full round of all the reps, partner two can start

Event 6 - Push and Pull

Every 3:00 x 3 Sets Complete:

RX:
25 Handstand push ups
20 Toes to Bar
15 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
10 Wall Walks
In any remaining time complete as many reps of Bar Muscle Ups and Possible

OPEN: 
25 A-Frame Push Ups
20 Hanging Leg Raises
15 Pull Ups
10 Half Wall Walks
In any remaining time complete as many reps of Chest to Bar Pull Ups and Possible

Every rep completed during each 3:00 interval will be counted, athletes may swap as often as desired, resting athlete must remain on the start line when resting.
