About This Competition
Join CrossFit Aggregate for THE AGGREGATE 2024, a partner competition, on March 30, 2024!
The Aggregate will focus on the founding principles of CrossFit; Constantly Varied, Functional Movements at High Intensity.
There will be a minimum of 4 workouts during the day.
There will be 5 divisions: Standard FF and MM, Scaled MF, FF, MM
Registration is $165 and includes the event shirt, $200 for sponsored teams. Early registration = late heat. The deadline to register and receive the event shirt is 3/20.
Podium recognition will be given to divisions with a minimum of 5 teams participating.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:
Team Sponsorship $200 - Sponsoring business logo featured in social media post and on athlete shirt.
WOD Sponsorship $300 - Sponsoring business logo featured in social media post, WOD signage, event banner and athlete shirt.
Lane Sponsorship $100 - Sponsoring business logo featured on Lane signage and athlete shirt.
Vendor $250 - Business logo featured in social media post and on event banner. Space in vendor village during competition.

Athletes have the whole 10 minutes to accummulate meters on the rower.

When transitioning on Ski Erg, don't just let the handles fly up as it can cause the cable to twist and the machine to stall.

Standard: 24/20", 115/85 Scaled: 20" (step overs allowed), 75/55
Bike – Resting athlete reset bike monitor
BBJO – Chest and thighs touch the ground, don’t have to stand fully at the top. Athlete can jump all the way over. 2 Foot take-off and landing required.
Thrusters - Full lockout at top with biceps in line with ears, to depth at bottom.
This is the tiebreaker
