Konceptet tro, skal du tage din makker under armen. (Par af samme køn)
Divisionerne er inddelt således:
- 40-44 år
- 45-49 år
- 50+ år
Konkurrencekonceptet er, at vi skal have det vildt sjovt og blive udfordrede på nogle (måske) helt nye øvelser. Du behøver hverken at kunne lave Muscle-ups eller gå på hænder for at være med.
Der vil være præmier på dagen, så følg med på vores sociale medier, hvor vi løbende vil afsløre vores sponsorerer til dagen. 🏆
