About This Competition

150 TEAMS of 4 athletes (2M/2F) will represent their box in the only fitness championship in Belgium!

The Fitness League WINTER EDITION is the first edition of the 2022 championship!

The Fitness League WINTER EDITION will take place on the 19 and 20 February 2022, in CrossFit Ambiorix : Rue Princesse Astrid 9, 7804 Rebaix - Belgium

The registrations start on the 23/12/2021 9.00 am and end on the 23/01/2022 9.00 pm. If the event has to be postponed due to sanitary reasons, registrations remain valid for the new date (no refund applicable).

Athletes have 1'10" to snatch the bar one after each other in the following order M,M,F,F. Then they have 20" to move to the next bar.

Each athlete do his/her attempt, then it’s the the following athlete’s turn.
If there is enough time after 4 attempts, an athlete can retry.
Athletes who failed their bar after 1’10’’ are out of the ladder.
The score is the sum of the 4 best bars.
