About This Competition
Proudly presented by Orana Air, The Central West Big Stomp is back for the second year!
Join us in Dubbo, NSW for a 2-day partnered fitness competition featuring Male/Male and Female/Female divisions.
Three divisions mean there’s something for everyone, no matter your experience or skill level:
- Advanced: Males
- Advanced: Femlaes
- RX: Males
- RX: Females
- Scaled: Males
- Scaled: Females
Saturday
- Gates open: 8:30 am
- Check in: 8:30 am - 9:15 am
- Welcome and Brief: 9:30am
- Workouts: 10:00 am - 5:30 pm
Sunday
- Gates open: 7:00 am
- Workouts: from 7:30 am - 12:30 pm
Competition Format
- Day 1: 3 workouts
- Day 2: 2 workouts
Most workouts will be released prior to close of registration. Keep an eye on our Instagram page.
Based on feedback from last year's event, male and female teams will now compete in separate divisions—no mixed-gender rankings.
What’s on over the weekend:
- Recovery Zone – full access for all athletes
- On-site food and beverages including breaky on Sunday morning
- Kids’ zone with a jumping castle

20 burpees over DB (shared)
20 DB/KB squats (synchro)
with a 14 min cap
Partner 1 has a DB 15/10kg
Partner 2 has a KB 16/12kg
RX Division

with a 14 min cap
