- Events can be done on any model of Concept2 SkiErg's.
- All events must be done as a single distance.
- All events start from a non-moving flywheel.
- You are free to choose the damper setting & you may change the setting during the event.
- The event distance should be set up as a preset workout so the meters count down.
- The event is an honor based system.
Regulations and Recommendations
- Drink fluids every half hour.
- Rest time should be added to your total time.
- To prevent your monitor from shutting down mid-marathon, keep breaks shorter than two minutes.
- Set your monitor for a 10,000 meter distance workout.
