SKIERG 10KM

  • Events can be done on any model of Concept2 SkiErg's.
  • All events must be done as a single distance.
  • All events start from a non-moving flywheel.
  • You are free to choose the damper setting & you may change the setting during the event.
  • The event distance should be set up as a preset workout so the meters count down.
  • The event is an honor based system. 


Regulations and Recommendations

  • Drink fluids every half hour.
  • Rest time should be added to your total time.
  • To prevent your monitor from shutting down mid-marathon, keep breaks shorter than two minutes.
  • Set your monitor for a 10,000 meter distance workout.

  • Events can be done on any model of Concept2 SkiErg's.
  • All events must be done as a single distance.
