• 3 workouts

Workouts

Teams will have 12min to find: 

P1: 1 rep max Overhead Squat
P2: 3 rep max Front Squat 
P3: 5 rep max Back Squat 

*one bar
*one rack
*weights can go up or down
*no limit to attempts 
*all reps must be completed inside the 12min
*min 5# weight changes

Immediately following event 1, teams will have 2min to rest, then they will begin

*1 partner working
*1 partner resting
*1 partner holding RX: handstand / SCL: high plank
*partners can switch at anytime
*calories will ONLY be accumulated when 1 partner is in RX: handstand / SCL: high plank

*reps are alternating hands

*one person hangs from the pull-up bar

* two people deadlift hold 225/155

*one person working, 1 person holding (where applicable), 1 person resting
*no minimum work requirement for partners (ie. you can hide)


Max Effort Unbroken

RX: Toes to Bar
SCL: Hanging Knee Raises


*considered broken when the athlete can no longer stay on the bar 
*missed reps are not 'broken', they just don't count
*maximum effort -- Deadpool

90s AMRAP 

Max burpee sandbag over the obstacle

*the athlete will complete a standard burpee, lift the sandbag / Dball to the top of boxes and over and then jump over the boxes. Once the bag/ball & athlete are on the other side of the obstacle, that is one rep.
*weights and box heights will vary based on division 

90s AMRAP 

Tire Flips


*the athlete will have 90s to complete as many tire flips as possible. The tire will begin flat on the ground. The athlete will lift and flip the tire in however they please. The rep will be considered good once the 'top' side of the tire contacts the ground (ie. is flat again). 
*load will vary based on division (ie. Really big, big, pretty big)
