Workouts

Team 1:

1000m Row

Then 30 Burpee box JUMP overs

 

Team 2:

2000m C2 Bike

Then 400m 9kg WB run

 

Block 2:

Team1:

800m Row

Then 20 Burpee box JUMP overs

 

Team 2:

1600m C2 bike

Then 300m 9kg WB run

 

Block 3:

Team 1:

600m Row

Then 10 burpee box JUMP overs

 

Team 2:

1200m C2 Bike

Then 200m 9kg WB Run

 

Complete the above for time – Both sub teams must complete the entire block before starting the next.

 

You must stay in your same pairing and you must complete the same movements throughout the workout.


15 Minute Time-cap. 

50m Farmers Carry 24/16kg

50m Reverse Plate Drag 50/30kg

100m Sprint

Each team member must complete the above workout individually for time.

FOR TIME

Each team member must establish a rep max on the following movements within a 15 minute time cap.


5RM Deadlift

3RM Squat/ Power Clean

1RM STOH


The Team must all establish their deadlift 5RM before moving onto their Clean 3RM, once the Clean 3RM starts no team member can go back to deadlifts, and so on.

Part A:

Min 1 – MAX Front Squats @ 50/35kg

Min 2 – MAX Pull-ups

Min 3 – MAX Overhead Squats @ 40/30kg

Min 4 – MAX Bar Muscle ups

Min 5 – REST


Part B:

Each team member must establish a rep max of the following complex in 10 Minutes.

1 Snatch + 2 Hang Snatch.

Part A:

Min 1 – MAX Front Squats @ 50/35kg

Min 2 – MAX Pull-ups

Min 3 – MAX Overhead Squats @ 40/30kg

Min 4 – MAX Bar Muscle ups

Min 5 – REST
