3 Rep Deadlift Ladder

Men: 225 / 275 / 315 / 345 / 365 / 485 / 405 / 425 / 445 x reps
Women: 135 / 165 / 185 / 215 / 235 / 255 / 275 / 295 / 315 x reps

 

RULES

Athletes will have :15 to complete the lift and :05 to rotate
Bars will increase & athletes will lift every ~2.5 minutes

Each pair will start on a different AMRAP (A or B)

1 Athlete working at a time (per team).

8min AMRAP AMRAP A:

9 Toes to bar
- Div I: Rx / Div II: Bar or Ring
12 Hang Cleans
- Div I: 155/105 / Div II: 115/85
21 Wallballs (20/14)

Score is total reps completed (combined).

RULES

After all 3 heats have gone of AB, pairs will switch and complete the other amrap
Scores will be combined total of each amrap

- DI: 150 Calories / DII: 120 Calories
100/60 Double Unders
- DI: 4x 25 unbroken / DII: 60 or 200 singles

Score: time to complete or cap +1s for every rep not completed.

Team total = a 'dam' which means that total must be completed before the final athlete can move on

- DI: Fwd then backwards / DII: Partner assisted / Sc: Wall walks

8 Axel bar thrusters / front squats
- DI: 110lb / DII: 80lb

RULES

Teams must alternate MFMF
Athletes can move to the next device once the athlete ahead of them finishes
Echo bike will be a running total and athletes may go beyond 10 cals
Men thruster, women front squat
