Great White CrossFit present's Sink or Swim III
Same Sex Divisions - Rx / Scaled / Masters (40+)
Cash Prizes for Rx Division. Intense Workouts. A Lot of High Fives.
Our 3rd annual competition is shifting seasons and it promises to be hotter than ever! Great White CrossFit aims to bring you a variety of workouts that will challenge you, both mentally and physically. We want you to challenge yourself and throw down amongst the fittest in the area while making memories that will last a lifetime.
There will be 3 guaranteed workouts and a final for the top 3 teams. Workout standards video is to follow in the coming weeks.
