About This Competition

The Lock-Up Series 2024 - ONE FOR THE PEOPLE 


2023 really did mark the return of The Lock-Up Series to the competition calendar 


After such a great year across all competition formats, we are only aiming to get better in 2024! 


Judging teams, vendors, programming delivery, competition formats and the return of the RX category! 


We really do believe The Lock-Up competition is THE competition for a big team day out. 

With each format and all categories running on one day only, there’s no split of the teams competing on one day then the rest on another. 

You can get your squad together from the gym and really make a proper day out! 


With ample space in the gym, a big car park, food and toilet facilities on-site - every base is covered to make it a great day of competition for all competitors. 


We’ll have competitions running throughout the year - but for now, we’ve pencilled in the first 3 competition formats;


  • Saturday 17th Feb / Mixed Sex Partnered / Scaled - Intermediate - RX / 12 Teams in each category 


  • Saturday 27th April / Same Sex Team of 3 / Female Scaled, Female RX - Male Intermediate - Male RX / 9 Teams in each category 


  • Saturday 20th July / Mixed Sex Team of 4 / Scaled - Intermediate - RX / 8 Teams in each category
