True Iron Games Online Qualifier
About This Competition
The true iron games is a celebration of fitness, teamwork and competitive spirit. It is open for everyone and consists of an online qualifier and a final on-site event in Surabaya, Indonesia.
The Qualifiers consist of three workouts all to be completed and submitted with links to videos (preferably you tube). You have from Monday the 16th of December to the 31st of December to do the workouts and to submit your score. Splitting the workouts over multiple days or changing the order is allowed.
After the qualifier, we will invite the best of the five categories (RX male, RX female, scaled male, scaled female and team) to the finals for a 2 day test of their fitness capacity. The finals will be held at CrossFit Tetuka in Surabaya. Indonesia on the 8th and 9th of February 2020.
There will be a Scaled and as prescribed (Rx’d) version of every qualifier workout. Team category will not need to complete any online qualifier but are more than welcome to do them :)
