About This Competition

The Gymnasium Games is here for 2024!


This is an individual event which consists of 3 Workouts across the day. There will be 2 Divisions, RX and Everyday. If you usually RX Crossfit Workouts, then you should sign up for the RX Division.

Here is a list of minimum movement requirments that should be met before choosing the RX Division:

Kipping Pull Ups

Power Clean @40/30

Double Unders 

If you typically scale workouts or train in other Programmes, choose the Everyday Division. If you are unsure, please speak to your Coach who will give you guidance.

An ascending ladder as high as you can get in 3 minutes increasing Thrusters by 3 reps every completed round. Calories stay at 9 the whole time.

Part A is scored For Time and is the time is take to complete the Row portion of the Workout. Part B will begin immediatly after the Row is completed and will be on a running clock.
