*max meters on the rower with the remainder of time

RX: 24/20 in box

Scaled: 20in Box

To start the floater, team members can split up the 60 burpee box jumps amongst their team members however they want. No one from the team can start the 400 m run before the 60 burpee box jumps are completed. Then, the team can start the 400-meter run. Team members must all run together and everyone must complete the 400-m run. Once the team members are back from the run, the team can begin the max calorie row with the remainder of the time they have left. In order for the rower to start, the two teammates who aren't rowing must be in a plank position with both feet placed on their box and their hands on the ground. The team member on the rower cannot be rowing unless the other two team members are in this plank position. The team can split up time on the rower however they want amongst their team members.

Once Partner 2 has completed the sled push this would complete two rounds of WOD 3. Athletes are unable to split reps or divide a round (wall balls - ski - sled) once they start the wall balls.
