About This Competition
Welcome to the Umbra Crossfit Living room games.
With all the craziness going on in the world we at Umbra crossfit what to provide you guys with some fun, friendly competition.
The competition is 100% free to enter and will consist of 6 workouts over 10 days for your chance to win a host of prizes.
We will use an 'honest policy' which means no videos etc. All you simply have to do is completet the workouts to the standard that is set, log your score and have some fun.
Workout dates
Workout 1 - Friday 10th April 'Friday night lights"
Workout 2 - Saturday 11th April
(workout 1&2 deadline 12th April)
Workout 3 - Monday 13th April
Workout 4 - Tuesday 14th April
(workout 1&2 deadline 15th April)
Workout 5 - Thursday 16th April
Workout 6 - Friday 17th April
(workout 1&2 deadline 19th April)
Prizes will be announced on Monday 20th April for the winners. Some will be annouced during the week for individual scores, most interactive, most incentive etc etc.
We want to reward participation as well as performance.
