About This Competition

Welcome to the first annual North East HungerGames! 

We are very excited to bring you an incredible individual oportunity for functional fitness competition.

Join us on May 21st  at CrossFit Invulnerable to see who has what it takes to walk away with a win and cash prize.

 

Registration opens on March 10th and closes May 5th register early to ensure your shirt. 

There will be an RX and scaled  male and female division three wods out now  and a final to be announced the day of for the top three in each division.

 

Recomendations for divisions 

Rx-

clean up to 185/125 for reps

deadlift up to 275/185 for reps 

thruster up to 115/75 for reps 

dumbell snatch 50/35 for reps 

box jump 24/20

and perform double unders 

 

Scaled 

clean up to 135/95 for reps

deadlift up to 185/125 for reps 

thruster up to 95/65 for reps 

dumbell snatch 35/20 for reps 

box jump or step up  24/20

and perform single unders 

 

All standards will be the same as the CrossFit Games open *

Workouts

In six minutes establish a one rep max snatch 

 

snatches can be power of squat 

In 14 minutes complete as many repititions as possible of the following workout.

30 cal row 

20 alternating dumbell snatches  35lbs

200m run 

10 cleans  125lbs

200m run 

20 box jump overs 20in

200m run 

 

cleans can be squat or power 

 

15 burpees over bar 

50 double unders

20 deadlifts 275/205

50 double unders 

15 burpees over bar
