Pullooza 2023
About This Competition
Pullooza is back! June 10th, 2023.
After a hiatus for 2 years, we are back in the Abilene area and ready for a new challenge to help raise money for AISD-Homeless!
Pullooza is a team competition (3 M/F) designed to bring the local community together for fun, fitness and fundraising! This competition will challenge you and your teammates and give you the opportunity to do things you don't often get to do!
Get your partners together for a fun day of fitness that includes pulling a semi-truck! More details to come regarding workouts and what you should prepare for.
When forming your teams, at least one athlete on your team should be able to perform the following:
RX:
Double Unders, Handstand Pushups, Bar Muscle Ups, Snatch (135/95) and Overhead Squat
Scaled:
Single Unders, Pullups, Snatch (95/65)
Register by May 20th to guarantee your shirt size. Last day to register is June 3rd, 2023.
Substitutes for your team can be made until the day of the event. No refunds given as this is an opportunity to give to an important charity locally!
More details will be given on Social Media, so be sure to follow CrossFit Backward Arrow on Instagram and Facebook to get more details of the event.
