About This Competition

Get ready for CrossFit City of Lakes' first-ever throwdown, open to all! This one-day competition is for teams of two (MM or FF) and welcomes athletes of all levels with Teens, Scaled, and RX divisions. Whether you're in it to win it or just looking for a fun challenge, this event is all about community, fitness, and pushing your limits.

Workouts

On a 14 minute running clock: 

Partner 1 has from 0-7 minutes to find their heaviest, successful complex of:

1 Snatch+ 1 Hang Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats

 

From minute 7-14, Partner 2 will find their heaviest, successful complex of:

3 Cleans + 3 Front Squats + 3 Shoulder to Overhead 

 

*Each complex must be unbroken

*Score it total combined weight of P1 and P2's heaviest, successful complex

4 Rounds For Time:

200m Partner Run

8 Synchro Toes to Bar

*6 minute time cap

**Scaled/teens: 6 synchro abmat situps

Event 4A: Ripples of Pain

15 Single Arm Devils Press (50/35)

10 Single Arm Overhead Kettlebell Squats (53/35)

5 Synchro Strict Pull Ups

*Athlete 1 starts. As soon as Athlete 1 completes a movement, Athlete 2 will start. Both partners will meet at the end and complete 5 synchro pull ups.

**You will go BACK UP the ladder. Does not matter who starts and who goes back up.
