About This Competition

 

2 Day CrossFit Competition with CASH prizes for all divisions! 

 

2 Person Teams, same sex & co-ed

All Divisions including scaled, intermediate & RX

All Ages Kids Workout Mid Day Saturday

 

Will be based off of 2024 CROSSFIT GAMES EVENTS, with our own little twists ;)

So while your season may have ended at the open or quarterfinals, it's time to start grinding again towards those skills & be ready for November !!

Each Bar will have a 45 second Working Interval & a 1 Minute Rest Window. Your scrore will completed reps AND total time at each bar. If you finish faster than the 45 seconds, you get additional rest. 

Example, if you complete the 8 reps at weight 1 in 30 seconds, the 6 reps in 20 seconds, 4 in 15 seconds and 2 in 15 seconds THEN HIT 4 REPS AT THE AMRAP BAR your score will be 24 Reps with a Tie Break of 1:20 (accumulated time to complete the previous bars).

IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE ALL THE BARS, your score will be the total reps completed and then the accumuation of your time for the previous bars. IE MORE REPS &LESS TIME IS BETTER :)
