We are bringing back our awesome Same sex 3's competition Triple trouble, it's designed for scaled to intermediate athletes!
One person in your team must be able to do the following movement standards :
Gymnastics
Toes 2 bar
HSPU
Pull-up, Chin over bar
Everyone in the team must be able to do the following weights
WeightLifting
GTOH up to 60/40kg
DB GTOH 22.5/15kg

Workouts
15 Minutes total (5 minutes per station) to find:
Athlete 1 : 1RM Deadlift
Athlete 2 : 1RM Squat Clean
Athlete 2 : 1RM Back Squat
AMRAP in 8 mins of:
3, 6, 9, 12... etc
Toes to Bar
Box Jump Overs
Whilst 1 athlete rows
Score is reps + calories
For time complete:
Athlete 1 - 30 Clean and Jerks (40kg/30kg)
Athlete 2 - 30 Clean and Jerks (50kg/35kg)
Athlete 3 - 30 Clean and Jerks (60kg/40kg)
Other two athletes must hold the top of a deadlift (100kg/80kg) at all times
For time complete:
120 Assault Bike Calories
90 Sync Air squats
60 Alt. DB Snatch (22.5kg/15kg)
30 HSPU
10 Chest to bar/Pull-ups
