About This Competition
This event is a functional fitness competition for mixed pairs that physically challenges and test endurance, strength, agility and overall fitness of participants. The competition is designed to showcase the functional movements that are used in hyrox and hyrox style training.
The competition will be divided into four workouts, each featuring a variety of exercises that challenge different aspects of fitness. Participants are required to complete each exercise as quickly and as efficiently as possible, often under time constraints.
The competition is open to mixed pairs, meaning that each team consists of one male and one female participant. This creates a dynamic and inclusive environment where participants encourage and support each other through each competition.
The winners of the competition are determined by a combination of speed, grit and overall performance. The event will be held in front of an audience of spectators, creating an exciting and motivating atmosphere for both athletes.
There are strictly no refunds. However, if you would like to transfer tickets that may be viable under certain circumstances.
