5 Sandbell Box Get Overs (5-8 year olds, 5# & 20 Inch box) (9-11 year olds, 10# & 24 Inch box)(12-15 year olds, 15# & 40 Inch box)
SB Shuttle Run (2x25 is one run shuttle run, every 25 ft is a rep)
Sandbell Box Get Overs:
Athlete must pick up and push Sandbell over box and onto floor, Then climb over box making sure all 4 limbs touch top of box
Sandbag Run:
Athlete can hold Sandbell any way, must run all the way around cones.

21 DL → 50 ft bear crawl
15 DL → 50 ft bear craw
9 DL → 50 ft bear crawl
(5-8 year olds, KB 10-13# KB)
(9-11 year olds, 35# barbell trainer w/ 10# plates)

Deadlifts:
KB
KB must start on ground, athlete must stand tall with hips extended and shoulders back at the top of lift
Empty Barbell
Barbell may start at mid-shin with hands placed outside of legs, athlete must stand tall with hips extended and shoulders back at top of lift
55LB Bar
Lift must start with both plates touching the ground with hands outside of legs, athlete must stand tall with hips extended and shoulders back at top of lift
Bear Crawl:
Athletes must start with both hands and feet behind cones, knees must stay off ground during bear crawl.

Row:
Athlete starts on rower but with hands off handles til 321 go, athlete must stay seated till monitor displays target meters
Burpees over Rower:
Athlete must have chest and thighs both touch the ground, feet must jump back to hands before jumping or stepping over rower. Rep ends when both feet touch the ground on opposite side of rower, both feet must touch ground before beginning next rep
Alt DB Snatch:
Dumbbell must start with both heads touching ground, Athlete must stand tall with hips and knees extended and arm extended overhead to end rep, DB can be switched between hands at waist or floor. Both DB heads must touch ground at beginning of next rep, Athlete may not touch nonworking arm to body at any point during lift for a rep to count.
