About This Competition

After a 5 year hiatus, Spartacus has returned! This event will be a two day event but will have different days for different divisions. More details to emerge on that.

This event will be an individual event with the following categories:

Scaled Male
Scaled Female
Rx Male
Rx Female
Masters Male 35+

Masters divisions will be doing the same workouts as the Rx athletes but will be competing with their age group.

Programming will be released through the next month or so leading up to the competition.

This event will also be a sanctional for this year's Fittest in Utah event. This will count as one of your events and by placing well here you will earn points toward advancing to the Fittest in Utah final event later on this year. This is event #1 in their series.

You will complete the work within each 4 minute window. I.e athlete completed round one in 1:55. Athlete will rest until the 4:00 mark (2:05) and complete round 2. Your slowest time of the 3 Rounds is your score.

Rx/masters use 50/35 pound dumbbells
Scaled/teens use 35/20 pound dumbbells
