About This Competition

We are bringing back our awesome Same sex 3's competition Triple trouble, it's designed for scaled to intermediate athletes!


One person in your team must be able to do the following movement standards :


Standards 

All team members:

ground to overhead

60/40kg barbell

22.5/15kg single dumbbells

24/16kg Kettlebells



At least 1 team member:

Double unders

Pull ups

Toes to bar

Handstand Press-Ups


The event will be starting at 9am with podiums and prizes before 4pm


Grab your team mates and lets go!!!!



T's & C's


  1. Registration is open until April 14th, or until spaces run out
  2. Only one team member needs to register (£120 for the entire team)
  3. Entry fee's are non-refundable (in the event of the entire team needing to withdraw, you can arrange re-allocation of tickets to a new team up to 3 days before the event begins - just make sure to contact us ahead of time!)

Workouts

Athlete A will have 5 minutes for find a 1RM Bear Complex which consists of:

1 Power Clean, 1 Front Squat, 1 STOH, 1 Back Squat, 1 STOH


Then..


Athlete B will have 5 minutes for find a 1RM Bella Complex which consists of:

1 Squat Clean, 1 Jerk, 1 Front Squat, 1 Jerk


Then..


Athlete C will have 5 minutes for find a 1RM Lion Complex which consists of:

1 Snatch Grip Deadlift, 1 Hang Snatch, 1 OH Squat, 1 Behind the neck Jerk, 1 OH Squat


Teammates may assist with barbell weight changes.

For time/reps (within an 8 minute Time cap)


2 athletes must complete 1, 2, 3, 4 - 20 of:

Pull-ups

Box Jump Overs

Synchronised Hand-release Press-ups


Whilst 1 athlete completes max rep of Wall Balls


Athletes may swap between stations but there must always be 1 athlete completing wall balls and 2 athletes working together on the other three movements. Pull-ups and Box Jump Overs can be divided however between the two athletes.

Within a 15 minute time cap...



Athlete A must complete:


"Light Isabel" - 30 snatches for time 50kg/35kg



Then athlete B must complete:


"Scaled Diane" - 21-15-9 of Deadlifts and Press-ups for time 100kg/70kg



Then athlete C must complete:


Fran - 21-15-9 of Thrusters and Pull-ups for time 43kg/30kg

Within an 8 minute time cap..

30ft Sandbag carry



Then within a 3 minute time cap...
