Part 1 - Athlete 1
For time
- 75 wall balls
- 75 Toe to bar / SL Toes to bar / Knee Raises
- 75 Wall Balls
Part 2 - Athlete 2
For Time
- 75 Situps
- 75 Thrusters
- 75 Situps

Score is Total Reps performed by the "Kid"
Scores submitted were a bit all over the place... This was the only constant, so we updated scores to reflect this.

Score = Max Weight (total for both athletes)
For Rx Athletes
In a 7 min window:
- 10 Shuttle Runs (5m down/5m back)
- 10 Box Step Overs (2x 15kg dbell)
- 10 Handstand Pushups
- 10 Burpees over the Box
Then:
- Athlete 1 - Establish a 3RM Hang Snatch
- Athlete 2 - Establish a 5RM Hang Clean
