  • 12 Chest to Bar pullups 
  • 6 Cleans
  • MAX Calorie Air Bike

(reset calories each round)

Score = sum of all calories (both athletes)

For Rx Athletes

Part 1 - Athlete 1

For time

  • 75 wall balls
  • 75 Toe to bar / SL Toes to bar / Knee Raises
  • 75 Wall Balls

Part 2 - Athlete 2

For Time

  • 75 Situps
  • 75 Thrusters
  • 75 Situps

Score = Combined Time

Score is Total Reps performed by the "Kid"

Scores submitted were a bit all over the place... This was the only constant, so we updated scores to reflect this.

Both Partners do the buy-in then 1 partner does each movement separately.


Score = Max Weight (total for both athletes)

For Rx Athletes


In a 7 min window:

  • 10 Shuttle Runs (5m down/5m back)
  • 10 Box Step Overs (2x 15kg dbell)
  • 10 Handstand Pushups
  • 10 Burpees over the Box

Then:

  • Athlete 1 - Establish a 3RM Hang Snatch
  • Athlete 2 - Establish a 5RM Hang Clean
