Modalités
📌 5 WODs pour tous + 1 WOD final
📅 Vendredi (férié) : Journée de placement pour le lendemain
📅 Samedi : 2 catégories (RX / SCALED)
L’objectif : vous garantir d’être avec des athlètes de votre niveau afin de préserver le suspense et vous challenger au maximum !
