HIIT Games 2024 Terms and Conditions

Workout Release Dates and Times

- Workouts for the event will be released on March 1st, allowing teams ample time to prepare.


Qualifying Rules

- Teams must consist of 2 members, with eligibility based on the category they wish to compete in (e.g., Male, Female, Mixed, etc.).

- All participants must be 18 years or older and members of one of the participating gyms (HIIT Capalaba, Empwr Training Hub, Project LVLUP, Lift HQ).

- Masters Mixed 40+ teams require both members to be 40 years or older on the event date.

 

Refund Policy

- Registrations are generally considered final; however, should you find yourself unable to participate, refunds are available under certain conditions. Please contact the head office directly to discuss the possibility of a refund.

- To request a refund, participants must contact the head office at least 14 days before the event date. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and processing may take up to 30 days. Please note that a cancellation fee may apply.

- The specific fee amount will depend on the timing of the refund request and may vary to cover administrative costs incurred. Detailed information about the cancellation fee structure is available upon request.- In the event of an event cancellation by the organizers, registrants will automatically receive a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation announcement without the need to contact the head office and without any fees.

FAQs

- What do I need to bring? Participants should bring workout gear, water, and any personal items necessary for outdoor competition. We encourage teams to bring gazebos for shade.

- Is there parking available? Yes, there is ample parking available for participants and spectators.

- Are spectators allowed? Absolutely! We encourage you to bring friends and family to cheer you on. A spectator area will be provided.

- What if the weather is bad? The event will proceed rain or shine. In the case of extreme weather conditions, the event may be postponed, with information communicated via email and social media.

WORKOUT 1

FOR TIME:

300M RUN

20 FRONT LUNGES (SYNCHRO)

500M ROW (SHARED)

20 BOX GET OVERS L1/L2 (SYNCHRO)

1000M BIKE (SHARED)

20 C2G BURPEES (SYNCHRO)

300M RUN

 

Teams must complete each exercise as listed before moving to the next exercise.

A)

 

AMRAP (As many reps as posiable):
4 MIN TIME CAP


10 PULL UPS Scaled: Purple Band / Green Band

10 KETTLEBELL SWINGS 32/20 Scaled: 20/16 

Complete reps as you please.
 

B)

MAX LIFT COMPLEX:

4 MIN TIME CAP

1x POWER CLEAN
2x SQUAT CLEAN
3x FRONT SQUATS

This is one continual movement. To complete the complex, there can be no pause between movements. Only rest/reset grip is allowed either at the waist or in the rack position. Resting or resetting on the ground will constitute a broken rep and will not be counted.

FOR TIME:

8 MIN TIME CAP

TARGET: 120 WALL BALLS

EVERY 2 MIN MUST COMPLETE:

20 DOUBLE UNDERS Scaled: 20 SINGLE UNDERS

10 ALT DB SNATCHES 20/15kg Scaled: 15/12.5kg

Continue this every 2 mins until target is met. Split reps as you choose
