About This Competition

Welcome to AMRAPs: As Many Rescues As Possible !


Thank you for your interest in this event.

We're doing what we always do here - leveraging fitness to raise money and awareness for rescue and pups in need.

October is National Pit Bull Awareness month and National Shelter Dog Month, so we will be hosting various fitness and fundraising events, like this Crossfit competition.

It's pretty straightforward.


  1. Sign Up, it's just $20 to enter

  2. Download WeTime or your favorite app to time yourself. We will have custom filters in WeTime.

  3. Complete all 3 AMRAPs within 2 weeks (10/16-10/30).

  4. Score your swag if you win, like prizes from Crossover Symmetry, 2POOD, RPM Jump Ropes, Born Primitive & More!

  5. Get your friends involved.

  6. Raise awareness, save some pups, raise money in the process!

Remember, you must upload a public video file on the platform of your choice (youtube preferred) to be eligible for prizes!

AMRAP 1:

Max Front Squats from the floor. The weight for this workout will be determined by the athlete's bodyweight. The table below outlines what weight will be on the bar for each division (Note: BW stands for bodyweight)

When submitted a score, we're looking for the total reps completed, don't worry about the time element.

Elite - 125 100

For example, a 200 lb man would need to front squat 140lb for scaled/masters, 200lb for RX, and 250lb for Elite.

3 Rounds of Cindy (Sub Ring rows for pull ups for Masters & Scaled)

Scaled/Masters: 95/65
