Workouts

Flow
On 3, 2, 1, GO! Both athletes will advance to their worm to perform their first worm movement (worm hang cleans)
After performing 30 hang worm cleans, the team will then advance their worm by performing worm lunges into the next 15’ section.
The Worm must be completely inside the 15’ section. If not, your judge will force you to pick your worm back up and continue to lunge it until the worm is fully in the next designated 15’ section.
Same above will apply after all S2OH
After completing the 10 worm thrusters teams will lunge their worm into the final section where they will then perform 30 synchro burpees over the worm
Following the 30 synchro burpees, the team will pick up their worm and lunge two 45’ sections totalling 90’ of worm lunges
After the last worm lunge rep is completed the team can drop the worm and sprint across the finish line
The time will be taken when the last athlete fully crosses the finish line
Standards
Worm Hang Cleans
The worm must be deadlifted to full extension, the worm must then stay above the knees of both athletes to be a successful clean rep
The worm must then make contact with both athletes shoulders and stood up all the way
Worm Shoulder to Overhead (S2OH)
Worm must pass over each teammates head and touch both teammates shoulders to complete the worm shoulder to overhead
Athletes do NOT have to reach full extension of the arms with the worm overhead
Worm Thrusters
Hips must break parallel simultaneously by each teammate during squat
Worm must pass over each teammates head to complete worm thruster
Athletes do NOT have to reach full extension of the arms with the worm overhead
Synchro Burpees Over the Worm
One athlete will be on each side of the worm for teams of 2, the first and the last athlete will be on the same side of the worm and the athlete in the middle will be on the opposite side of the worm for teams of 3.
Both teammates chests/thighs to be on the floor at the same time to be counted as a rep
Teammates can wait for their partner on the floor
Does NOT need to be a two foot take off
ALL of the athlete's feet MUST cross over the worm.
Feet cannot pass along the backside or the front of the worm
Worm Lunges
The worm must be on all of the athletes shoulders
Knees from both athletes must touch the floor at the same time
Both athletes must stand with hips and knees at full extension
In the case of a Hiller “No Rep” the team will be asked to drop the worm, clean the worm back to the shoulders, and move on the next walking lunge.
Lunges are complete when the ENTIRE worm is in the next designated box.
When crossing the FINISH line, only the first foot of the first athlete has to touch the finish line, but the team MUST finish with hips and knees fully extended before they can advance through the finish line as a team.
