About This Competition
Fallout 4 is back for 2023 . We are once "Industry Hills Expo Center- GRAND ARENA" In the City of Industry. This is a 2-Person Team competition only. For 2023 we will be hosting the following divisions for M/M, F/F, or M/F:

50 Toes to Bar (Beginner will do Knee Raises)
40 Kettlebell Swings (American) (RX, RX Masters 72/54, Masters/Int 54/35, Beg 35/25)
40 Pull ups (Beginner will do Ring Rows)
30 Kettlebell Swings (American) (RX, RX Masters 72/54, Masters/Int 54/35, Beg 35/25)
30 Chest to Bar (Beginner will do burpee bar taps)
20 Kettlebell Swings (American) (RX, RX Masters 72/54, Masters/Int 54/35, Beg 35/25)
20 Bar Muscle Ups (Masters/Int Burpee Pull-ups, Beginner Burpee Dumbbell clean 35/25)
200 Double-unders (Beginner will do Single-unders)
Teams will have 2 scores: Score 1 is the time for teams to finish the first set of 200 double-unders. Score 2 will be the time for teams to complete the entire workout.
