About This Competition
SIGN UP TO TURF GAMES ENGINE AS AN INDIVIDUAL
As part of our FITTEST IN THE CITY Summer Closing Party competition, we are excited to launch, for the first time - ENGINE!
Engine is an endurance style workout, based around our favorite ergs - rower, ski, bike, mix in a little running and it is a test of your endurance. The race/workout will go for circa 40 - 60 minutes depending on your fitness levels. You can enter either as an individual or as a pair (CLICK HERE).
This will be a 'one category' workout given it is purely aerobic based.
