Wall balls may be split as desired. Toes to bar/hips must be synchro in order for rep to count, which means toes must make contact/break hip height plane simultaneously. Athlete 1 must complete 100 ft before athlete 2 can complete their portion of the workout to accumulate 200 ft for the lunges. Echo bike calories may be split as desired.
