About This Competition
FREE ONLINE EVENT – MAY 4TH – SPONSORED BY KRATOS
This free online competition has been created as a special one-off event due to the current CV19 situation
We wanted to help keep people motivated with their health and fitness, whilst also having something to mentally focus on and look forward to over the coming weeks… So this is completely free as we would like to have as many people involved as possible
CATEGORIES AVAILABLE:
1 = No Equipment
2 = Limited Equipment
For the limited equipment category, you will only need the following to be able to participate:
A: 22.5kg/15kg Dumbbell
B: Skipping Rope
NOTE: A heavier KB or Dumbbell can be used instead of the prescribed 22.5/15kg DB as no advantage can be gained by this and you can use any form of rope for the skipping.
WORKOUT RELEASE DATES:
4th May = WOD1 Release – Submission 10th May
11th May = WOD2 Release – Submission 17th May
18th May = WOD3 Release – Submission 24th May
PRIZES:
There will be prizes for the top 3 males & females in both categories up to the value of £140 thanks to our event sponsors Kratos Nutrition
Standard competition ‘Rules & Regs’ apply but remember this is for FUN so please get as many family and friends involved as possible
