About This Competition

We are exited to be hosting our first Mixed Sex Pairs competition for Scaled and Intermediate and RX athletes!

Athletes will have the opportunity showcase their strength, endurance, and teamwork over an exhilarating competition. Don’t miss out! Join us for a weekend of inclusivity, fitness, and fun!

Scaled Division - Saturday 21st June 2025

RX Division - Saturday 21st June 2025

(Workouts will be realeased week commencing 16th June 2025)

Refund Policy:

Registrations are non-refundable. However, if you’re unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, team substitutions are permitted (see below).

Substitution Policy:

Team substitutions are allowed up to 48 hours before the event. Please notify the event organizers via thesapphiregames.rtv@gmail.com with your updated team information.

Parking Details:
Parking is available but please car share where possible

Athletes can partition double unders into smaller sets to complete the required reps between them.

60 Burpees Over Rower (shared)
 
Athlete 1 must complete all their single under reps before Athlete 2 can begin theirs.
Athletes can change who starts the skipping at each interval.
