About This Competition
GRID TEAMS
BRINGING IN YOUR SPECIALISTS WE RAISE THE STANDARD OF MOVEMENTS. AS A TEAM YOU ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE WORKOUTS AS YOU BEST CAN. GOT A PULLUP MASTER OR BARBELL MONSTER. BRING THEM OUT JUST FOR THAT.
TEAMS OF 4 ARE REQUIRED 2 GIRLS , 2 BOYS PER TEAM . WORKOUTS WILL BE FAST AND FURIOUS. ONE PERSON WILL BE WORKING AT A TIME, YOU WILL TAG YOUR TEAM MATES IN WHEN YOU DECIDE, TO COMPLETE THE PROGRAMMED MOVEMENTS, WEIGHTS AND REPS. COMPETE THE WORKOUT IN THE MOST EFFIECENT WAY YOUR TEAM CAN. WITH NO MINIMUM WORK REQUIREMENT FROM EACH ATHLETE, USE EVERYONE OR USE 2 OF YOU IT DOESNT MATTER. SAVE ENERGY FOR THE NEXT WORKOUT THE DESCION IS YOURS.
YOU WILL BE TESTED WITH SOME GRUELING, FUN AND ACHIEVABLE WORKOUTS.
