SoulFire and Ice is the biggest male/female competition in the area!! Fun workouts, even better people and community! This has been an incredible time for us, so many fun times and we cant wait to do it again!!

At 3-2-1 go! Athletes will go to the echo bike and complete 50 calories, you may switch as needed. When 50 cals on the bike are reached athletes will then move to the pull up bar and complete 10 synchro t2b where all 4 feet will touch the bar at the same time. After 10 synchro t2b, both athletes will move to the barbells and complete 2 synchro front squats where the rep will be completed at the top of the squat with legs and hips at full extension. You may squat clean your first front squat.Teams will continue this pattern until they are done with 10 sync front squats, then move to the bike a final 50 calorie.

Split all calories as needed. Athlete not working will stand next to rower until calories reach 36 before moving to the snatch.
Snatch
1 athlete working, 1 athlete resting. Split reps as needed. Barbell starts on the floor and finishes at full extension with arms fully locked out and hips and knees locked out and in line.
Bar Facing Burpee
These can be split anyway. Chest must make contact with floor each rep, as well as jumping over the bar, you may not step over the bar. If you step over the bar or your chest does not make contact with the floor, you will be hit with a no rep. This is your score each round.
