We will unforunatelly not be able to assist with refund requests in the event that you no longer wish to take part in the event. In the event where one partner is no longer able to compete, another athlete can take the place of them provided the competition organisers are notified of the change.

1 Squat Clean
2 Front Squats
3 Shoulder to Overhead
The complex must be performed unbroken, meaning all 6 movements must be done in succession without a break.

(Workout is performed in a you go, I go format)
Athlete 1 has 5 minutes to establish a 3RM Overhead Squat.
(The barbell musrt be taken from the floor)
Athlete 2 has 2 minutes to complete as many Squat Cleans as possible at the same weight that athlete 1 completed their 3RM Overhead Squat at in Part A
