JJK Members Xmas Gameday
Sign up individually, you do NOT need a team to do this event... This event is for JJK members ONLY, to register all you need to do is book the ticket and select scaled division and we will put you in a team.
Saturday 2nd December @ JJK Fitness
08:30-13:00
Mixed Teams of 4s (2x male + 2x female)
This is a functional fitness competition, NOT CrossFit!
EACH athlete needs to sign up and create their own team, please use your FULL NAME when choosing your team name.
Once everyone has registered we will the put the teams together for the event to make sure it's a fun, friendly competitive environment for everyone.

Our scaled/everyday category is a great place to start your competition experience, if you generally scale workouts at JJK then this category is for you

Deadlift 40/60kg
20" Box Jumps/Step ups
Dumbbells 2x 10/15/20kg
Kettle Bells 2x 16/24kg
Expect assault bike, rower, ski and bike-erg.
