5 ROUNDS - 70 SEC WORK : 20 SEC REST (7Mins 30Secs)
Synch. Burpees (All 3 team members)
In remaining time: Max Synch. Handstand Push-Ups (2 work, 1 rest)

ADV: 12x Synch. Burpees, Strict Handstand Push-Ups
INT: 10x Synch. Burpees, 1x Abmat Handstand Push-Ups (Kipping allowed)
BEG: 8x Synch. Burpees, Hand Release Push-Ups (On knees)

- Overhead Kettlebell Alternating Lunges
- Alternating Dumbbell Clean & Jerk

ADV: Kettlebell = 24kg/16kg, Dumbbell = 30kg/22.5kg
INT: Kettlebell = 16kg/12kg, Dumbbell = 22.5kg/15kg
BEG: KB Front Rack Alt. Lunges = 8kg, Dumbbell = 10kg
