About This Competition

The Proven Fitness Competition gives CrossFit Athletes of all experience & fitness levels their chance to challenge themselves, have fun showing off their hard work and have a great time with their friends and community.

We’re excited to announce we’ll be holding PROVEN 3.0 at the O’Connor Field House in Caldwell, Idaho!!!
21,400sf of indoor space, bleacher seating, air conditioning, tons of parking, RV rental spaces, indoor & outdoor vendor spaces, this will offer an amazing space to hold the competition Friday & Saturday August 25-26th, 2023!

Friday: 8:00am - 8:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Events Per Division Over Two Day Competition:

Scaled: 6 Events (9 Scores = 900pts)

Intermediate: 6 Events (9 Scores = 900pts)

Masters 75+: 6 Events (9 Scores = 900pts)

Co-Ed: 6 Events (9 Scores = 900pts)

Partner RX: 6 Events (9 Scores = 900pts)

Individual RX: 6 Events (9 Scores = 900pts)

Individual Intermediate: 6 Events (9 Scores = 900pts)

1st Place Teams & Individuals will be guaranteed a Cash Prize, Total Prize pot will be based of registration & Sponsorship Revenue. 30% of Total Registration Revenue will go towards Cash Prize Pot, Additional Sponsorship money will increase prize pot. Cash prizes will be announced leading up to event.

We're currently Sitting @ a $13,000+ Prize Purse as of 5/29/2023!!! If we end up selling out all divisions the Prize purse will be $15,000+!!! 

Come prepared. Bring whatever food and beverages you need to stay fueled and hydrated during the day, and any supportive equipment you may need (ie belts, hand protection). Also, bring something to stay cool (like tents and chairs), the competition will be inside.

No refunds. We get it that stuff happens but we will not be able to issue any refunds once a registration is made.

**unless the competition does not take place and is cancelled we will issue refunds to all registered teams.

You can transfer a registration and substitute any athlete up to the saturday August 18th the week before the competition.
